We built digital applications inside High Level that automatically pre-qualify our applicants and put us in front of qualified people. It literally saves us hours of time by not having to sift through thousands of fake resumes on Indeed.
The system texts and emails our applicants automatically. It auto-schedules them on a calendar to be interviewed by phone and in person, and sends all of the details about where to show up and reminders of when to show up.
It also delivers what we call a "First Day Document" so that when we do hire them, they know exactly what to do on their first day. It delivers their onboarding documents — all of their W-2s or W-9s, whatever it is that they have to fill out. It sends company policies and documents for signatures.
The system also alerts our team when to do reviews. And if we have to offboard an employee, it sends an automated message for them to return all company items before receiving their last paycheck.
It saves a ton of time and makes it very easy to hire and keep your company stocked with potential applicants that are ready to work — so that you'll never have a hiring problem again. It also takes a little bit of the emotion out when it comes to offboarding an employee, because the system sends all the messaging.
